Welcome to our Chalet.

Situated just outside Great Yarmouth on a lovely site we are a few minutes walk from the beach and close to local amenities.

We are new owners and are proud of the work we have put into the redecoration and refurbishment of this lovely accommodation that we have tried to generously equip for a stay away from home that hopefully anticipates all of your needs.

The chalet has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 5 plus an infant.

At the present time I am afraid that this is a pet free chalet.

The site we are situated on is Sunbeach Holiday Village/California Sands which has a swimming pool, clubhouses which offer entertainment as well as food, arcade amusements, a shop, cafe, launderette as well as a fish 'n' chip shop and a pizza/kebab house.

Close by are other food options including a Chinese takeaway, various other fast food outlets, another café and chip shop as well as a few pubs which also offer dining in.

We are a stones throw from Hemsby and Caister and a short distance from Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft , and Gorleston-on-Sea. We are also close to the Norfolk Broads so a good base for exploring the further area, but with plenty to do close by.

The beds are comfy, the seaside theme makes you feel holiday from the moment you walk in... the rest is up to you!
